Overview

Quanti LLC ("us", "we", or "our") operates the heptaloop website (the "Service"). heptaloop is our first product and a proud product of Quanti LLC. This Privacy & Cookie Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information, and your choices regarding cookies.

Google API Data Access and Use

This application uses YouTube API Services.

heptaloop integrates with Google APIs to provide specific user-requested features. Access to Google user data is granted only after explicit user authorization through Google’s OAuth consent screen.

With your authorization, we request only the following permissions to provide the features you choose to use:

  • Google Profile https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.profile

    Required for secure sign-in, account authentication, and personalization inside heptaloop (for example, displaying your name and profile image).

  • YouTube Management https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.force-ssl

    Required so you can upload and edit/manage your own YouTube videos directly from the platform (for example, updating title, description, tags, thumbnail, and privacy settings). This permission can also allow deletion and access to other YouTube resources; heptaloop only performs actions you explicitly initiate in the product (and does not delete videos or access comments/captions unless you use a feature that requires it).

  • Google Ads https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords

    Required so you can view campaign performance and create, update, or manage your advertising campaigns. Actions are performed only for accounts you authorize and only when initiated by you.

  • Google Business Profile https://www.googleapis.com/auth/business.manage

    Required so you can connect and manage Business Profile information (for example, business locations and profile updates) for Business Profiles you own or manage, as selected by you in heptaloop.

Google user data is used only to provide the features you request. We do not use Google user data for unrelated advertising or profiling. We do not sell Google user data. We do not share Google user data with third parties for their own purposes. We may share limited data with service providers (such as AWS) that process it only on our behalf to operate, secure, and support the Service.

Our use of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data storage and retention: We securely store OAuth tokens to keep your integration connected and may temporarily cache limited data needed to display dashboards and performance. We protect stored data using industry-standard security controls. We retain OAuth tokens until you disconnect the integration or delete your account. Cached Google data is retained only as long as needed to provide the requested dashboards/features and is deleted when you disconnect the integration (and upon account deletion).

You can revoke heptaloop access at any time through Google Account → Security → Third-party apps with account access by removing heptaloop. After revocation, heptaloop will stop accessing your Google data unless you explicitly re-authorize access.

4. Service Providers

We may employ third-party companies and individuals to provide services on our behalf or assist in analyzing usage.

Cloud Infrastructure (AWS). We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a cloud service provider to host our application and store data needed to operate the Service (including OAuth tokens and limited cached Google data used to show dashboards and performance). AWS processes this data only on our behalf and under our instructions, and is not permitted to use it for its own purposes.

5. Security

We strive to protect your data using commercially acceptable means but cannot guarantee absolute security.
