The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Quanti LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United States and foreign countries. 2. Use of Materials and Tools
All materials, tools, intellectual property, and methodologies provided on the Service are the sole property of Quanti LLC unless otherwise indicated. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use these materials for personal or internal business purposes only. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
3. Restrictions on Generative AI Use
Users are expressly prohibited from using any materials, tools, intellectual property, or methodologies provided by Quanti LLC for the development or creation of generative AI models or systems without explicit written consent. This includes systems that create original content, replicate proprietary methodologies, or produce derivative works from our proprietary assets.
4. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
6. Changes
